In addition to exclusive representation, we will provide the following services to you throughout the process.
We will take time to find out exactly what you're looking for and show you only homes that you're interested in looking at. We will never push you to look at a home you aren't interested in or is out of your price range.
When you find a home and you're interested in making an offer on it, we will measure the home to make sure the advertised size of the home is correct and we will perform a CMA on the home to let you know the market value of the home. Since each of our brokers is also a real estate appraiser, you can rely on our experience in measuring and valuing homes and rest assured you aren't overpaying for the home.
We will then advise and assist in preparing the offer to purchase and contract and help you to negotiate the best deal for your home. Once the contract is in place, we will set up all necessary inspections and work with your lender and attorney to make sure that everything is progressing along and work to overcome any problems that may arise along the way.
